Honey Moon Mead & Cider, 1053 N. State St. (behind Pepper Sisters) is celebrating its 10th birthday on Saturday, June 27, with music, cake, and special mead and cider concoctions.
Festivities begin at 8 p.m. and stretch to midnight, with an open mic featuring local musicians and performers who have supported Honey Moon over the years, including Lucas Hicks, Pete Irving, Kat Bula, Louis Ledford, Jan Peters, Tad Kroening and Robert Lashley.
The event is free, and everyone (it’s an all-ages venue) is invited to drop by, listen to some tunes, raise a glass to their favorite Honey Moon memory, and enjoy a piece of birthday cake.
