Poetry: Radio Hour features poets June 25 at WCC

Former Washington State Poet Laureate Samuel Green, his wife, poet Sally Green; and poets Robert Lashley, Kate Lebo and Kevin Murphy are the guests at the Chuckanut Radio Hour on Thursday, June 25, at Whatcom Community College’s Heiner Center Theater, 237 W. Kellogg Road.

The show also features guest musicians The Lady Crooners, Cascadia Weekly columnist Alan Rhodes, an episode of “The Bellingham Bean” serial radio comedy.

Tickets are $5 at Village Books and Brown Paper Tickets. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; you must be seated by 6:45 as the show begins promptly at 7.

The Radio Hour airs 6 p.m. Saturdays and 9 p.m. Sundays on SPARK RADIO, KMRE 102.3FM.
