Wenatchee Bluegrass Festival
WHAT: This festival includes performances, youth and adult instrument workshops, meet-and-greets, jam sessions, band scrambles and food. The event is organized by Cashmere Community Concerts as part of its efforts to preserve early-style acoustic music.

MAIN ACTS: Among the headliners scheduled to appear are seven-time International Bluegrass Music Association vocal group of the year Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out, Wayne Taylor and Appaloosa, the association’s 2002 emerging artist of the year winners the Chapmans, Jeff Scroggins and Colorado, and Prairie Flyer (making a special reunion appearance for the festival).
GOSPEL SHOW: On June 21, there will be a morning gospel show featuring Heartbreak Pass, Misty Mamas and Prairie Flyer.
CAMPING: The campground will open at noon June 15. It will close at 4 p.m. June 21. Electricity and sewer hook-ups are available at most campsites.
ADMISSION: A day pass is $25 per person June 19-20, and $10 per person June 21 (sold only from 10 a.m.-noon). A weekend pass, good for all three days, is $30 per person. Children 12 and younger are free but must be accompanied by an adult. There are no advanced ticket sales.
