SOME BOISE NATIONAL FOREST SITES STILL CLOSED
Recreation areas in the Boise National Forest have a lighter snowpack than in recent years, so water levels in rivers and streams are lower than normal and most trails, roads and campgrounds below 7,000 feet elevation will be available for Memorial Day weekend.
Recreationists planning on going to upper elevations should contact Ranger District offices, or call the Interagency Visitor Center at 373-4100 to get information. Some of the higher elevation areas that will be closed include:
• Bull Trout Campground.
