Kingston Wine Walk
WHAT: This annual wine walk is a fundraiser for the Greater Kingston Community Chamber of Commerce. This year, in addition to wines and ciders, there will also be beer from Hood Canal Brewery to sample. This is the fifth year for the walk.
WHEN: 6-9 p.m. May 23.
WHERE: Start at the Kingston IGA, 10978 NE state Route 104, Kingston. There will be a tent set up in the grocery store parking lot. You can check in as early as 5:30 p.m.

WHAT HAPPENS: At check-in, participants will receive an engraved wine glass featuring original artwork by Tim Crow and 10 “taster tickets.” From the tent, you can walk to the locations, including Kingston Financial Center, Borrowed Kitchen Bakery, Food Market, Almost Candid Photo, Frame & Fine Art, The Sweetlife Cakery, Thistle Floral and Home, Diva de Beau, and Kingston Cove Yacht Club.
A BONUS: Visitors also will be able to enjoy complimentary appetizers at each locations.
BEFORE YOU DRINK: You can get to town early and have dinner at a number of locations. Ideas: Oak Table Café, J’aime Les Crepes, Borrowed Kitchen and Main Street Ale House.
NOTE: Participants must be 21 or older.
COST: $25 per person; tickets will be on sale at the chamber of commerce office, D’Vine Wines, Clever Gift Shop and Lucky Star Consignment Clothing.
