Families eager to learn more about life under the surface of Puget Sound will have the chance next week in Olympia and Tacoma. “Pier peer” events give participants chances to see just what strange and unique marine creatures call these local waters home. Be sure to dress for the weather, wear good shoes for a slippery dock and bring flashlights.
