The U.S. Forest Service announced Tuesday morning that it has rescheduled the Commercial Filming Directive public open house has been rescheduled for Thursday.
The session will run from 5-7 p.m. at Oregon Public Broadcasting, 7140 SW Macadam Ave., Portland.
The open house was postponed last week because of bad weather in Portland. A session in Seattle was held Wednesday.
The Forest Service last month issued a notice it was seeking public comments on a proposal to formally establish criteria for evaluating requests for commercial filming and photography in wilderness areas.

After the original proposal caused a furor and confusion, the agency has extended the comment period to Dec. 3 and has been holding open houses to clarify the intent of the directive and what it would cover.
