Mount Rainier National Park will host its first naturalization ceremony on Monday, July 21, at Paradise, the park announced in a statement released Friday morning.
The ceremony for people becoming United State citizens starts at 3 p.m. at the patio area adjacent to the Henry M. Jackson Memorial Visitor Center. The ceremony includes 16 people from nine countries and is one of several being held in National Park Service areas this summer. The ceremony is open to the public.
