Bellingham Slam guard Paul Hafford has been selected to participate in the 2016 Seattle Pro-Am All-Star Game at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 14, at the Royal Brougham Pavilion in Seattle.
Hafford, a former Lynden Christian standout, is the Slam’s leading scorer with 16 points per game, to go with his six rebounds per game. He will participate in the three-point shooting contest before the game, and the Slam’s Morris Anderson will compete in the slam dunk competition in pregame festivities scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m.
In its first season in the Seattle Pro-Am, the Slam has gone 5-2 and clinched a spot in the playoffs, which begin Aug. 21.
