Engle and Anderson combine for 37 in Sehome’s 74-61 victory

Sehome’s boys’ basketball team forced eight more turnovers than Burlington-Edison in its 74-61 victory on Friday, Jan. 30, at Sehome High.

Langston Engle led the Mariners with 19 points and six rebounds, Leif Anderson added 18 points.

“Langston Engle had a big night for us with his career-high 19 points and he was 4 for 4 from the 3-point,” Sehome coach A.J. Labree said in a phone interview. “Engle was also the leading rebounder. It was a big night for him.”

Labree also noted Sam Carroll for having one of his better games this season on the defensive end for Sehome.

The Mariners will play host to Lynden next at 7:15 Monday, Feb. 2.
