Nooksack Valley’s second half effort not enough in 63-51 loss to Ferndale

Nooksack Valley’s girls’ basketball team got off to a slow start and wasn’t able to catch up in its 63-51 loss against Ferndale on Thursday, Jan. 8, at Nooksack Valley High School.

The Pioneers’ Mariah Perry finished the game with 15 points and Lacey Johnson had nine. The Golden Eagles’ Linsey Honeycutt led the game with 22 points, Abby Reid and Gabrielle Edison finished with nine points apiece.
