Martin scores 20 in Meridian’s win

Meridian’s boys’ basketball team defeated Burlington-Edison 66-55 on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at Meridian High School.

The Trojans’ Alex Martin led the game with 20 points, Brady Moore finished with 13 points and six rebounds.

“We came really prepared to give an all-out effort and took a step forward tonight to focus on the little things,” Meridian coach Shane Stacy said in a phone interview.

Meridian will play Nooksack Valley next at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, at Meridian.
