Sehome’s Bryan gets double-double against Marysville-Pilchuck

Sehome’s girls’ basketball team defeated Marysville-Pilchuck 60-48 on Monday, Dec. 8, at Sehome.

The Mariners’ Maddy Bryan finished the game with a 15-point, 16-rebound double-double and Devin Grahn added 12 points.

“Maddy did a nice job tonight, we found her when she was open and she played well in foul trouble,” Sehome coach Kim Kirk said in a phone interview.

Even though Sehome didn’t shoot well from the field, the Mariners’ 23 free throws helped get the win.

Sehome’s plays against Squalicum next at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, at Sehome.
