Lynden Christian scoreless in 13-0 loss to Burlington-Edison

Lynden Christian’s baseball team was defeated by Burlington-Edison 13-0 on Tuesday, April 21, at Burlington-Edison High School.

Burlington-Edison scored eight runs in the second inning. Lynden Christian got four hits in the game and committed two errors.

“We struggled at the start and walked some people,” Lynden Christian coach Desi Luna said in a phone interview. “The one thing we tell the team is we don’t have to play these teams in the playoffs. We need to be ready for the playoffs in the 1A level.”
