Mount Baker’s Marissa Scoville won three events at a Northwest Conference girls’ track and field meet on Thursday, May 7, at Lynden.
Scoville won both the 100 and 300 hurdles, with times of 17.74 seconds and 51.53 seconds, respectively. She also won the long jump with a distance of 15 feet, 4 inches.
Natalie Smith won a pair of events for the Mountaineers. She ran a 1:01.65 in the 100 and a 2:36.18 in the 800.
Lynden’s top performer was Jasmyne Neria, who won the 200 (26.82 seconds) and was part of the winning 4x100 relay team. Neria, along with Lauren Zwiers, Lily Bogart and Cassidee Barclay, posted a 50.99 in the 4x100 relay.
