Sehome caps off undefeated season with 7-0 win against Blaine

Sehome’s girls’ tennis team defeated Blaine 7-0 on Monday, May 4, at Sehome High School.

The Mariners’ Andrea Clawson and Ali Morrow defeated their opponents 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 2 and No. 3 singles.

“They were efficient, played quickly and lost very few points,” Sehome coach Bonna Giller said in a phone interview. “I was really impressed with both of them today.”

Sehome finishes the regular season with a 14-0 record and an individual match record of 98-5.

Sehome will host the Class 2A Sub-District tournament next at noon Friday, May 8.
