Rusnak wins 3 events as Lynden Christian finishes third at King’s

Hannah Rusnak won 100 meters, the 100 hurdles and the long jump to lead Lynden Christian’s track and field team to a third-place finish on Saturday, April 18, at King’s High School.

Rusnak ran a winning time of 12.71 seconds in the 100, 15.24 in the 100 hurdles and had a winning mark of 18 feet, 1.50 inches the long jump.

Madison Weg won the high jump clearing a height of 5-05.

Lynden Christian will compete next in the Northwest Conference championships at 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 24, at Civic Stadium.
