Meridian’s boys’ track and field team won the 4x100 and the 4x400 and won seven events on Wednesday, March 25, at Burlington-Edison.
The Trojans ran a winning time of 45.38 seconds in the 4x100 and a 3:52.07 in the 4x400. Nick Miller ran a winning time of 52.88 in the 400, 1.14 seconds faster than the second-place finish.
Mount Baker’s Jesse Phan ran a winning time of 24.67 in the 200, the lone winner for the Mountaineers.
Meridian and Mount Baker will compete next at 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 27, in the Bedlington Twilight Invitational at Lynden High School.
