Arneson shares medalist spot as Lynden takes second at Skagit

Ezra Arneson shared medalist honors to lead Lynden’s boys’ golf team to a second-place finish Thursday, March 19, at Skagit Golf and Country Club.

Burlington-Edison’s Connor Atkinson was the other medalist as the Tigers took first with a 404. Lynden had 425 and had another golfer, Alex Crabtree, in the top three with a 76.

Lynden Christian was third with 452 and led by Lincoln Olson’s 79.

Ferndale scored 471 and Keenan Souve paced the team with an 85.

Mount Baker was led by Tanner Bass’ 96 and scored 534.

At Skagit Golf and Country Club

Team scores: Burlington-Edison 404, Lynden 425, Lynden Christian 452, Sedro-Woolley 454, Ferndale 471, Mount Baker 534, Anacortes 549.
