The Sehome girls’ bowling team won their first match of the season on Wednesday, Dec. 3, at 20th Century Bowl. The Mariners’ had its best game with a 569-495 score in the third to cap off the night.
“Everyone just played well as a team,” Sehome coach Erin Furda said in a phone interview. “It’s our first win of the season in the first season the team has existed.”
Mallory Kruzich bowled a team high 147 during the Mariners’ sweep.
Dory Linneman stepped in during the first game for Carolyn Stewart, who suffered a minor wrist injury in the game.

“Dory played well in the first game and played the whole second game as well,” Furda said.
Stewart later played in the third game and bowled a 120.
