Sehome’s volleyball team rolled to a 25-15, 25-13, 25-14 Northwest Conference win over Blaine on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at Sehome High School.
Dani Johnson led the Mariners with 12 kills and seven digs while Blaine’s Mikayla Deming recorded 10 kills, 14 digs and four blocks.
“It was nice for us,” Sehome coach Kristy White said in a phone interview. “We did a good job at starting strong. ... We played our offense and passed well to do so.”
The Mariners face Lynden Christian on Tuesday, Oct. 21, at home. Blaine plays Lynden Christian on Thursday, Oct. 16, at Lynden Christian High School.
