Ashley Greig drove in seven runs on four hits, including a grand slam home run, as the Sehome girls’ softball team defeated Bellingham 21-1 in a five-inning Northwest Conference game Friday at Geri Fields.
Greig also had four runs and a triple for the Mariners (12-6 overall, 6-5 NWC). Celeste Barlow went 4 for 4, with two runs and three RBI, and Amy Zender had three hits, three runs and two RBI.
Katie Villalobos and Johnson each had three hits and two RBI, and Johnson (6-3) held the Red Raiders (0-17, 0-12) to one hit.
Sehome plays Mount Baker on Tuesday at Western Washington University.
