The week before Thanksgiving was busy for this St. Joseph Hospital worker, whose car died before the storm.
"I called Keith Cox around 10 a.m., ... and I asked 'Could you come out and fix my car? ... It's OK to say no, I know it's unreasonable...' Without a moment's hesitation Keith said yes.
Keith came over with a mechanic, got my keys, and that night my car started and I just had to clear off a foot of snow before I drove home. When I later expressed my gratitude Keith just smiled and said, 'hey, that's what we do...' "
