The Olympian is closing off the publication of letters regarding candidates and all ballot measures for the general election as of Friday, Nov. 2.
No election letters will be published after that date.
After Wednesday, Oct. 31, only letters supporting a candidate will be published, although letters for or against ballot measures will appear through the Nov. 2 deadline.
Letters submitted now through the deadline should be written as concisely as possible and will be edited for the goal of publishing as many comments as possible before Nov. 2.
Preference will be given to letters submitted through The Olympian’s website.
