People who use the Grandview Trail in University Place have just a few more days to enjoy the popular path before it closes for a month.
The trail will be closed to the public starting Tuesday so crews can put the finishing touches on the Chambers Bay golf course in advance of next month’s U.S. Open.
Also closed beginning Tuesday will be the East Slope Trail, Playground by the Sound and the golf course itself.
The actions are part of a series of closures at Chambers Creek Regional Park for the U.S. Open, which runs June 18-21 at Chambers Bay.
