A Sedro-Woolley man died Saturday evening after his motorcycle apparently left the road and struck a sign.
Joshua J. Simpson was heading west on Prairie Road about four miles north of Sedro-Woolley when he reportedly tried to pass another vehicle but left the roadway and struck a sign, according to a news release from Washington State Patrol.
Simpson, 28, was riding too fast when he tried to pass, the State Patrol said.
