The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Robert J. Burke, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for first-degree child molestation.

Joanna Marie Daly, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft.

Gary Dean Davis, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for possession of a legal drug without a prescription.

Nathan Sebastian Dudley, booked by the Blaine Police Department for hit and run of an attended vehicle.

Jeremy Adams Ewing, booked by the state Department of Corrections on a DOC swift and certain warrant.

Aaron John Hayes Jr., booked by the Bellingham Police Department for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Adam Willow Hayes, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for driving under the influence and second-degree burglary.

Rob Douglas Jefferson, booked by the state Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Eladio Ernesto Martinez-Ramos, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and the state Department of Corrections for a DOC detainer, attempting to elude a police vehicle, reckless endangerment, first-degree assault, and first-degree malicious mischief.

Jason Hugh Rennings, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for violation of a domestic-violence protection order.

William Reeves Robinson III, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license and for failure to appear on a second-degree criminal trespass charge.

Seth Michael Timmons, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear on third-degree theft and making a false statement to an officer.

Carolyn Elsie Towksjhea, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for controlled substance manufacturing, delivery and possession with intent.

Carl Ty Zehner, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for controlled substance manufacturing, delivery and possession with intent.
