A man authorities described as a “middle-level” heroin dealer was arrested Thursday, July 14, after a two-month investigation, it was announced Thursday, July 21.
Members of the Whatcom Gang and Drug Task Force, aided by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team, served a search warrant at a home in the 9400 block of Dahl Lane in Blaine. Atri A. Roy, 37, was arrested on suspicion of four counts of delivery of heroin, a firearms charge, and maintaining a residence for drug trafficking.
A firearm was found in a travel trailer at the site, but no “significant amount” drugs or money were found.
