Jason David Leon Billy, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for driving under the influence.

Alexander Caracoza, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for felony harassment.

James Joseph Hadrath, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and an agency outside Whatcom County on two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Tomas A. Hernandez-Carmona, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Doug Roy Holt, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.

Brian Harold James, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for first-degree assault.

Denis Vyacheslav Krishtal, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Alan John Morris, booked by the state Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Dodge Kelly Rhodes, booked by the state Department of Corrections on a swift and certain warrant.

Christopher Lee Trent, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree child rape.

Simon Peter Veliz, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and the state Department of Corrections on a DOC detainer and for communicating with a minor for an immoral purpose.
