Whatcom County Jail report for June 28

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Richard Sheldon Cooke, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for driving under the influence, disobedience of lawful order of court, third-degree domestic violence assault and battery, obstructing a police officer, resisting arrest and escape.

Ceree Ann Fergusson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Rebecca Naomi Julius, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree domestic violence assault and battery.

Donald Nels Linrud, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for felony harassment.

Bill Sherman McLafferty, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.

Courtney Marie Moore, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Katie May Patrick, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana and third-degree possession of stolen property.
