Richard S. Coop, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Brittney Mae Crossen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for felony harassment.

Janice Renee Jackson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for disorderly conduct and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault and false statement to an officer.

John Brazil Jefferson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting and failure to appear for third-degree theft.
