Manuel Lewis Ballut, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a license suspended license in the third degree and communication with a minor for immoral purpose.

Justin Everett Burner, booked by Everson Police Department for driving under the influence.

Katherine L. Mcabee, booked by Washington State Patrol for negligent driving in the first degree.

Matthew John Douglas, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Aimee Marie Jurich, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.
