The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Jessmyn Alaya Mullens, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Brian Haney Burt, booked by Department of Corrections for a swift and certain warrant.

Shawn Michael Brown, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Coy Eugene McGuire, booked by Blaine Police Department for fugitive from justice warrants.

Jose Antonio Ramirez-Porter, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and a controlled substance violation.

Jason Merle George, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree assault.

Oksana Kharkavaya, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief and a controlled substance violation.
