Robyn Elise Arbogast, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Edward Joseph Fornsby, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.

Jordan Scott Terry, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for first-degree criminal trespass.

Shaundeen Rhiannon Zollner, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree robbery.

Penny Luann Gibson, booked by Lynden Police Department for failure to transfer title within 45 days and three counts driving with a license suspended in the third degree.
