The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Alexander Harold Whitaker, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Merena Lynn Cisneros, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree domestic violence assault and battery, third-degree malicious mischief and intimidating a witness.

Donald Jason Bernathy, booked by Washington State Patrol for failure to comply with law enforcement.

Tiffeny Le, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and reckless endangerment.

Blake Lucas Barber, booked by Ferndale Police Department for fugitive from justice warrants.

Martin Joseph Riel, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving with a suspended license in the third degree.

David Lee Tarter, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree possession of stolen property.

William Mitchell, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance with no prescription, third-degree malicious mischief and failure to appear for residential burglary.

David James Drake, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Katrina Marie Crossen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for violating a no-contact order, driving with a suspended license in the third degree, failure to appear for fourth-degree assault and two counts of violating a no-contact order.

Connor Patrick Griesemer, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree rape.

Marvin Allan Williams, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for violating a protection order; manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance; and second-degree child rape parole violation.
