The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

DEC. 11, 2014

Jonathan E. Pickett, booked by Blaine Police Department for three counts of fourth-degree assault and minor in possession.

Shawn N. Gibson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violating a protection order, fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Jennifer Rae Antiste, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault and third-degree introducing contraband.

Mikel Hunter Moore, booked by Bellingham Police Department for physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated and obstructing a police officer.

Georgia Reymarie Thomas, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for no valid operator’s license.

Chayse B. Fernando, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for a parole violation.

Seth Harrison Sturgeon, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Sky David Miller, booked by Ferndale Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and possession of identification belonging to another person.

Andrew Thomas Dowers, booked by Lynden Police Department for failure to transfer title within 45 days and two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dennis Shaun Smith, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a parole violation.

Rick David Farner, booked by Bellingham Police Department for communicating with a minor for an immoral purpose.

Daniel Pogodaev, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

James Justin Turner, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence, third-degree malicious mischief and obstructing.

Faustino Ramirez Ventura, booked by Washington State Patrol for second-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Three days after the Hohl Feed & Seed blaze, another one started in a downtown alley Thursday. Bellingham Police and Fire are investigating a fire between the Leopold and the Bank of America parking garage.
