Whatcom County Jail report for Sept. 21

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Trina M. Aus, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office, an agency outside Whatcom County and the Bellingham and Ferndale police departments for a controlled-substance violation, identity theft, third-degree theft, financial fraud, possession of an ID belonging to another, second-degree possession of stolen property, and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

David Timothy Bliss, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license and a controlled substance violation.

Jerald Keith Bone, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree robbery and shoplifting.

Jack Arthur Bunton, booked by the Bellingham and Lummi Nation police departments for possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, shoplifting and failure to appear for first-degree criminal trespass.

Angela Diane Hoover, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and the Bellingham Police Department for manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance, and failure to appear for a controlled substance violation.

Kenneth Michael Johnston, booked by the Blaine Police Department for a probation or parole violation.

Eva Lopez-Garcia, booked by the Everson Police Department for driving under the influence.

Clifton Richard Postma, booked by the Washington State Patrol for a probation or parole violation.

Brian Wayne Powell, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office on a civil bench warrant.

Chhat Rean, booked by the Washington State Patrol for third-degree driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device.

Carlos J. Salcedo, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for intimidating a witness.

Cody Allen Sanders, booked by the Washington State Patrol and the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to transfer title within 45 days, third-degree driving with a suspended license, first-degree negligent driving.
