Bellingham Technical College to host info sessions on new operations management degree

Bellingham Technical College will host two information sessions next week about its new bachelor’s degree in operations management.

The first session is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 9, from 6 to 7 p.m.; the second is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 13, from 10 to 11 a.m. Both sessions will be in the Campus Center building, room 233.

Both sessions are free and open to the public. The college will provide food and drinks at both sessions.

The college’s new Bachelor of Applied Science in Operations Management is intended to teach students leadership and management skills for a variety of industries that create goods and provide services, the college said. The degree is open to anyone with an associate or bachelor’s degree.
