Changing home in preparation for aging is focus of talk in Lynden

“Modifying Your Home to Improve Comfort and Safety as You Age” will be the focus of a discussion at Northwest Adult Day Health and Wellness Center.

The free event is 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday, May 19, at 851 Aaron Drive.

Charlie Hudson of Hudson Remodeling will talk about how to prepare a home for “aging-in-place” and “universal design” practices that serve all ages and abilities.
