A local architect has applied at the city planning department to build a 15,000-square-foot retail and office building in Fairhaven.
The two-story building by David Christensen would be built at 1125 12th St., on the corner of 12th and Mill streets, on what is now a vacant lot next to the Fairhaven Library.
The public may comment on the project’s environmental impacts until May 19. Email planner Jackie Lynch at email@example.com.
