WCC Running Start information sessions held through April

High school students interested in earning college credit can attend one of several information sessions hosted by Whatcom Community College’s Running Start program through April.

The sessions are one hour long and will be offered on both the college’s campus and other locations. Each session will cover the benefits of Running Start along with scheduling options and the registration and admission process.

Running Start partners high schools with community and technical colleges in Washington, allowing high school students to enroll in college courses.

Here is a list of the upcoming sessions:

Saturday, March 28, 11 a.m.-12 p.m., Bellingham Library, 210 Central Ave.

Tuesday, March 31, 7-8 p.m., WCC’s Heiner Theater, 237 W. Kellogg Road.

Thursday, April 2, 5:30-6:30 p.m., Ferndale Library, 2125 Main St.

Tuesday, April 14, 4-5 p.m., WCC’s Heiner Theater.

Wednesday, April 29, 7-8 p.m., WCC’s Heiner Theater.
