Cardiologist to discuss cholesterol reduction at free Bellingham talk Jan. 3

A cardiologist will discuss how people can reverse cholesterol buildup in their arteries, at a free talk in Bellingham on Saturday, Jan. 3.

Dr. Spencer Hinds, from PeaceHealth North Cascade Cardiology, will be the guest speaker for the Mended Hearts meeting at St. Luke’s Community Health Education Center, 3333 Squalicum Parkway, room A. The public is invited to his talk at 11 a.m., and can come early at 10:30 a.m. for coffee and visiting.
