A local computer software company has landed on a national list of best places to work.

Faithlife, formerly known as Logos Bible Software, ranked 10th highest for companies with fewer than 1,000 employees by Glassdoor, an online site that offers job listings, employee reviews and salary estimates. It’s the second consecutive year Faithlife has landed on the list; last year it also ranked 10th.

Motley Fool topped this year’s list for small- and medium-sized companies, while Google had the highest ranking for large companies. Twitter, which ranked second on the 2014 list, was not in the top 50 of the 2015 list.

In a news release, CEO Bob Pritchett said a creative corporate culture is one reason the company does well when it comes to employee reviews. Some of the company benefits include unlimited vacation, an outdoor center, free coffee and soda, and flexible schedules. The company also has a one-page company manual and regular “Ask Anything” staff meetings with Pritchett.

“We offer our employees more autonomy, less bureaucracy and more reason to be personally invested in the company,” Pritchett said in the news release.
