Holocaust survivor to speak at WWU

Holocaust survivor Noemi Ban will share her story at two talks at Western Washington University on Wednesday, Nov. 12, and Thursday, Nov. 13.

The hour-long talks begin at 6 p.m. in Arntzen Hall 100; they are free and open to the public.

Ban survived Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp and has shared her story with thousands of people throughout the years.

Space is limited, so reservations are required for the talks. To make a reservation, go to the website of Northwest Center for Holocaust, Genocide and Ethnocide Education, www.wce.wwu.edu/Resources/NWCHE.

A question-and-answer period will follow each session as well as a book signing. Answers to other questions will be on the center's website.
