Expect another breezy night as sustained winds could reach 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph along western Whatcom County.
The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory starting at 11 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, continuing until 8 a.m. Tuesday.
Southeast winds will increase Monday night, with the strongest ones likely between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Tuesday, according to an updated NWS advisory issued Monday afternoon.
Winds that strong likely will snap some tree branches, possibly topple trees and lead to power outages in areas.
