Whatcom County Council members will meet residents of Sudden Valley and nearby communities at a town hall meeting on Friday, Sept. 5.
Three council members will participate in the discussion from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Adult Center, 10 Barn View Drive at Gate 2 in Sudden Valley. The meeting is an opportunity for residents of Sudden Valley, Geneva, Glenhaven and other south county communities to air their concerns to council members and learn how county tax dollars are spent for their benefit. Expected topics include pollution control in Lake Whatcom, roads and security.
The town hall meeting is sponsored by the Sudden Valley Community Association’s Communications Committee. For more information, call committee Chairman David Narsico at 360-714-1258.
