A proposed project will add nearly 20,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space to the waterfront.
A public pre-application design meeting is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Feb. 20 at the City Council chambers to discuss the project at the corner of Roeder and Hilton avenues.
Both buildings proposed for the site are one story, with one taking up 13,500 square feet and the other 6,250 square feet.
The project will include landscaping, a parking lot and improvements to Hilton Avenue. The meeting will take place in front of the city’s Design Review Board.
