The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

JUNE 24, 2017

Hector Manuel Alonso Jr., booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.

Rayleen Joe Ballew, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for domestic violence assault and battery and obstructing a police officer.

Cavanaugh Levine Bunton Phair, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for second-degree driving with a suspended license, attempting to elude a police vehicle, reckless driving and driving under the influence.

Benjamen Randolph Fowle, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for violation of a no-contact order.

Henry Phillip Johnnie, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear in court on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Judah Chadwick Johnson, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for reckless driving.

Juan Miguel Mendez Jr., booked by the Washington State Patrol for minor in possession or consume alcohol and driving under the influence.

Toshi Dawn Simmonds, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree assault.

Walter James Solomon, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department and the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, first-degree theft of a vehicle and failure to appear in court on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass.
