Arrests and violence at Dakota Access pipeline protest in North Dakota

Demonstrators at an ongoing Dakota Access pipeline protest west of Mandan, North Dakota were shot at with beanbag bag rounds, hit with pepper spray and taken into custody by the police Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016. Twenty-eight protesters were arrested.
