Fox extends affiliation with Seattle television station

It looks like the Seattle Seahawks won’t be aired on a small Bellingham television station after all.

Here’s a link to an article in The Seattle Times about an agreement with KCPQ-13 and the Fox Network, extending the affiliation through July 2018. Here’s the link to a previous blog post on the topic, focusing on Fox network purchasing a small Bellingham television station possibly as leverage for the negotiations.

I’ll try to find out what plans Fox network has for the Bellingham station KBCB-TV, which Fox purchased for $10 million. It is currently a shopping network that is shown on Channel 14 on Comcast.
